1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website (www.caliber-edge.com) and/or booking services through Caliber Edge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Services Offered
Caliber Edge provides luxury SUV rentals specifically tailored to executive protection and private security professionals. All vehicles are tactically equipped and operated under a strict privacy-first standard. Availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid U.S. driver's license to rent a vehicle. We reserve the right to deny service at our sole discretion to anyone who does not meet our qualifications or poses a safety risk.

4. Payment & Billing

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• We accept major credit cards.

• A refundable deposit may be required.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental may be non-refundable.
   

5. Use Restrictions
Users agree not to:

• Damage or tamper with any vehicle

• Use vehicles for unlawful or reckless purposes

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without permission

• Use the website in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the site
   

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, copy, logos, designs, and branding are the property of Caliber Edge and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimers

• Vehicles are provided “as available” without warranties beyond those required by law.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service delays, mechanical issues, or cancellations.
   

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Caliber Edge shall not be liable for damages exceeding the total amount paid by you for the applicable booking.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caliber Edge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. California Consumer Notice (CCPA/CPRA Compliance)
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). For information on how we collect, use, and share personal information, please view our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

13. Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Payment: Renter agrees to pay all rental charges, including applicable taxes,
fees, and insurance options selected, in advance or as otherwise agreed.
2. Vehicle Use: Renter agrees to use the vehicle in compliance with all applicable
laws and will not:
• Use the vehicle for illegal purposes.
• Sublease or transfer the vehicle.
• Operate the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3. Mileage Tracking: Renter must accurately log all mileage in the logbook provided.
The logbook must remain in the vehicle at all times.
4. Damage Reporting: Renter must report any new damage to the vehicle within 24
hours of its occurrence. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
5. Return Policy: Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location
in the condition in which they were rented, minus normal wear and tear.
6. Additional Drivers: Only drivers listed on the Agreement are permitted to
operate the vehicle.
7. Condition and Cleaning Fee: Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in a
clean condition. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for vehicles returned
excessively dirty or with stains.
8. Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start
of the rental. A refueling fee of $10 per gallon will apply for any shortfall.
9. Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized use, such as off-road driving or towing, is
strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental and
additional charges.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties agree to submit to
binding arbitration in the State of California in accordance with the rules of the
American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable
attorney’s fees and costs.
